I’m working on a website with a DW Page modern theme and which domain is registered with GoDaddy. I tried to access the cPanel in order to upload a file by typing http://domainname.com/cpanel but it opens an error 404 page. What might be the problem?

You can also access cPanel through your GoDaddy customer account.

  • Log in to your Account Manager.
  • Click Web Hosting.
  • Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
    That’s it! You’re in cPanel.
    Hope this helps !

@Dominic: Unfortunately, I already tried your suggestion but to no avail. I asked the owner of the site and this was the reply:

"The cPanel hosting plan is under "isopop," which is one of the other
accounts listed. Isopop is the host for my website."

Please accept my apology for the delay in getting back to you.
About this your issue, you can tell your account to access Cpanel (isopop).
