Customize tab & Widget options isn't working ...

I successfully installed DW Focus theme.
1. Customize tabs isn’t working (style selector, font selector, general setting and all)
2. Widget options isn’t working as well
what’s wrong ?

If I tried to install through Appearance > Themes > Add new > install now …..
It’s not successfully uploaded ! It’s loading isn’t finished …
However, I got it uploaded but getting problem in here.
I tried to upload through cpanel using file manager but same condition ..
Customize & widget option isn’t working ….

1. Please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).
