Display posts for "Carousel Slide" home layout instead of images

I noticed that for the “Carousel Slide” home layout, I can only display images.
I’d like to show posts instead of just images. The carousel would display the Featured Image of the post and also pull the title of the post for the caption.
How can I do this?

Hi Hyori,
To resolve this issue, please open the feature-slide-layout.php file in themes/dw-argo folder, and change all the code in that file to the new code in the link here: http://snippi.com/s/rcsvl6v

All right. I’ve changed the code.

Now how do I select what post to display in the carousel slider?

Hi Hyori,
You can go to Dashboard / Appearance / Customize / Metro Filter to filter the posts in ‘Carousel Slider’ area.
