Dont work Social Wall

Hello! I installed the theme DW Fixel , I works well. But do not show me social networks Social Wall template ( facebook wall does not show my username, only shows " Facebook " . Instagram only shows " Instagram Search" ) .
I use version 4.0 of wordpress .

Thanks for your reply. But the problem that i have is: the configuration for the “Instagram” in the Social Wall template, does not appear as in Guide settings. In my theme with WP 4.0 looks like this: http://subefotos.com/ver/?5d73578ae59b210b3e8c1d4d94da9e94o.jpgIn the Instagram section, dont show me the “Instagram Username” label, either the “Instagram API Client ID”. Only show me the “Instagram Search” label. (I do not know what that is).Again, thanks for you reply. I await your response.

I have checked our demo with wordpress 4.0 and still work fine. Please send me username & password of your site (via p) for further checking.Regards,
