Google + Share Counter shows zero?

The Google+ counter doesn’t work and stuck with 0 counter

however Facebook and Twitter counter working fine.

Any help will be very thankful.

Hi,
Firstly, you can check the version of your site in Dashboard. We have released the latest version 1.1.0. If you have updated the version and still face there issue you can send me username & password of your site via private answer. We will check and help you resolve it.
