How to Add Attachement in Question and Answer Form for user....???

1)Plzzzz help Me to add attchment on Form Question and Answer….????
2) And another issue is that in Question List page …wn i Refresh page…Page not Found….. I want to add Question Catefort with the use of get_categories() function…..all category are listing well bt wn i click to go questions by category…its not working and page not found……so how can i add category as sidebar…… ???

Apologies for the delay in replying to you.
1. Regarding the attachment.
I know you and many our users want this feature however, it’s not easy to develop it right now because of the security of the plugin as well as improvements of the latest WordPress.
2.
Please let us know which version of the WordPress you are using?
Unfortunately, our plugin is not compatiple with the plugin 4.0.1 and ohm, that’s the bug of the plugin. Could you kindly grant us your username/password? So, I have a closer view your site.

Can i see it somewhere in demo? Currently ‘ask question’ does not show it.
