how to change thumbnail on the homepage?

On the demo, the images on the showcase are all full sized thumbnails. on my website (http://juwonmosaic.com), the thumbnails are square.
i want images to have same ratio as original.

Hi,
I think you have confused between our demo and on your site. On our demo site (showcase page) we have used the image size 500 × 776px. And your site used image square.
