Is there a way to get the contact form to look like the contact form in the demo?

I am wondering if there is anyway possible to make my contact form to look like the one used and displayed in the Retro page demo?

Hi,
If you want to make the contact form look like the contact form in our demo, you can use the contact form7 plugin.
Then add new a contact form, paste the following code into the form section:


Your Name (required)

[text* your-name] 
Your Email (required)

[email* your-email] 
Subject

[text your-subject] 
Your Message

[textarea your-message] 
[captchac captcha-987] [captchar captcha-987]
[submit "Send"]

Note: Copy the shortcode and paste it into your post, page, or text widget content.
