"no Rollover Scrolling" Sidebarshop Jogishop Product Categories shown as Dropdown doesn´t react on Rollover

Hello,
on our Site on the Shoppage the Jogishop Widget “Product Categories” shown as dropdown doesnt react on Mouse Rollover! BUT, it works like a charm on the Servicepage on the right side of the pages… whats wrong there 😉

Its the template change your template to sidebar content by editing that page

Hello Daniel !
Please log in to Dashboard > Appearance > Widget > Sidebar Shop. Open the “Jigoshop: Product Category” widget, then check to the “Show as dropdown”.
Also, please update this theme to the latest version 1.1.7 of this theme

update is done but no no effect. I think it has something to do with the general rollover funktion of the complete “sidebar shop” because the roll over effet runs on the sidebar but it doesnt work on dropdown of our product categories. it just scrolls the sidebar shop

Oh i found the problem, i had to much widgets on the sidebar shop. i just removed the most of them and no it works like a charm. i forgot all these widgets, i had trried and didnt see them..
but it has been one of:
-Categories
-Dropdown
-Pages
-Meta

damnt it,
because auf a permalink changement and a complete 404 mess only on the shop, i thoght a rebuild of the sideshop widgets could maybe have a positive effect. unfortunately it didnt.. 😉 so i have the same issue again, that the rollover in the dropdown of the categories just moves the complete sidebar shop. BUT, everythings fine on Chrome and Safari. It just doesnt work on Firefox but he is most used from our customers 😉

No Problem and i am really sorry for the Question clutter! I really appreciate your support! and i am interested in the your argo theme with the easter offer for a private projet now 😀
but back to business 😉
i closed the Artikel Review Question as resolved, beacause the issue has flewed away.
i only still have the Rollover issue again when we use firefox. When i open the Product Category Dropdown Mousescrolling moves the sidebar up and down instead of the Product Category Dropdown.
dont know but it worked, when i removed some unused widgets like “archive”, “meta” and “pages”. But i then rebuild the sidebar shop for testing and i got that issue back…

Glad you liked DW Argo theme 🙂 I have checked your theme and I have seen that the bug you mentioned above is caused by Firefox, not by our theme. Therefore, there is no option to fix that to resolve it for you. If there is anything else along the way, feel free to contact us.
