All questions and issues can be submitted under Questions & Answers section. Or you can send email to email@example.com with your detailed information (your site URL, screenshots if needed).
For Free WordPress Themes
We will be checking on your questions and issues regarding to Free WordPress Themes on a weekly basis. Bug fixes due to those will be applied in the next releases.
For Premium WordPress Themes
Please provide sufficient information related to your issues and questions in order for us to help you out effectively. The below information are recommended for submission:
- Submit your questions/issues under your registered email (which you used to purchase our products).
- Clarify which theme you are having the trouble with and detail description of your questions/issue (screenshots are highly appreciated, picture does speak a thousand words)
- URL link to your live-site or test-site and configuration settings of your PHP/server. We will then provide our feedback in the next 48hrs.
What we do NOT support?
We don’t support 3rd party extensions/components as we do not initiate the coding of such. You might need to contact the 3rd party extensions/components providers for help.
Questions related to basic WordPress foundation and CSS are not supported as well and Sorry, NO CSS style or further customized development request at the moment please.
