Our WordPress Themes & Plugins are licensed under GNU (General Public License).
Other images, source codes which do not fall under GNU license are not eligible for resell or redistribute under any circumstances, but you are in full eligible rights to make any modifications on your theme accordingly.
2. Refund
All purchases at DesignWall.com are covered by our “7 days No Questions Asked Refund Policy”. Usage of our products for 7 days, will assure of our high quality Themes or Plugin and in-case you are not convinced, you can ask for refund, which would be duly processed back for you, no questions asked. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy.
- Refund is not applicable after 7 days since the date of your product purchase.
- Refund amount is equal to the purchase fee minus the discount (if any).
- Refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 7 days.
DesignWall reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected. It has been observed that some of the users are rampantly downloading all products and then asking for refund and again re-signup when new products are launched and then again ask for refund.
3. Support
We provide support via Questions & Answers section and are committed to the 48 hrs time frame during weekdays only. Otherwise, your questions will be answered in the next working days.
4. Payment

5. Product delivery
As soon as your payment are cleared and we have successfully received your payments, you will then get notified via email to download availability.
6. Copyright Removal
You are allowed to remove all copyrights related to our products. Leaving credits to DesignWall.com is highly recommended and appreciated.
7. One theme one domain for life
All themes, which do not fall under GNU license, is meant to be used for one domain only.
8. Warranty
DesignWall themes are provided as “it is” and are NOT implied by any means that they will be compatible with all available WordPress versions or any kind of 3rd party components and plug-ins.
Support towards 3rd party components and plug-ins are not guaranteed for compatibility.
