DW Helpdesk: Setting a Knowledge Base page

  • Creating a new page and place a shortcode [dwkb] in content.
  • Go to Dashboard > Knowledge Base > Settings.
  • Find Knowledge Base Index Page Setting – Default Page section, and choose a newly created page.
  • Find Default Page Theme, change it to Theme 2.
