ItaiHi, Our site is experiencing a visual bug where the left-hand side New Articles Today menu block sporadically disappears. This has been happening for quite some time now and has continued even after several of the latest theme updates. In other words, the last few theme updates have not fixed the issue, making me wonder what on our end is the issue. I’ve got a feeling it might be related to W3 total cache. DominicAt the moment, I have checked your site and the New Articles Today block still work fine and display on the menu.

ItaiDominic, since it was your first visit, no elements were cached. If you were to visit again prior to me manually resetting the cache, you’d see that block missing.
My question is, what is it about that block that fails during caching, and can you provide any insight as to how I can fix it?
If you were to check now, you’d probably see the issue.
The problem continues to pop up. As a paying customer, can I please get assistance with understanding the problem.
