Hello Satish,
Our DW Q&A does not yet support to post questions without user registration. We will consider this feature and update in other versions of the plugin.

The plugin has supported to allow the anonymous can submit a question, comment and answer, you can configure in the Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Permission.
