AntonioI would like to add a feature image for the question. Is this possibile? Because when I insert a Question there isn’t a tab for insert a featured image.

DominicAt the moment, the plugin does not support to add the Feature Image, you can use the upload feature to upload an image into the question.
However, if you want to have it, you can let me know detail about the position that feature image shows, we will check and help you custom the plugin with a charge of fee.
lobbitI would like the featured image to be seen on the Home Page as a preview question, like the magazine preview effect of articles using a theme like that. Your plugin integrates well with the themes but as there is no featured image it is not displayed, so I would need it to fit as if the image were an article.
