add question page showing "page info"

hi
i’m using dwqa pro plugin last version. Also using wordpress and tagdiv newspaper theme of last version.
I have an issue about adding question page. On this page creator of page and published date displaying. but it should’nt be display on this screen. because its a page, not post.
