I think it’s a normal problem by custom post type. Just going to Settings -> Permalinks then click Save Changes.

I changed the permalink to default. But what is the workaround if I want custom post type.

No, just pick a permalink structure then click Save Changes. Make sure that your .htaccess file is writable.
