Anonymous comments not working – says Missing name information

Hi there, I have set up my site to allow comments however, when a non logged in user tries to comment on a question and add their information I get a ‘missing name information’ error and the comment is not added. Help would be much appreciated – you can see an example here http://rmfh.allismachine.com/question/question-item-number-5/ if you try and post a comment
