Anonymous/Unregister users can’t send question with last update. How can I fix it?

I check this topic but I don’t know how to achieve that "solution": https://wordpress.org/support/topic/guest-anonymous-user-can-not-post-a-question?replies=6. Is there a simple way to do it? Can I donwload a earlier version?

Hi,
If you using the latest version 1.3.3, you can log in to Dashboard > Q&A > Settings > Permission to configure the plugin.
Also, you can find version of the plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/dw-question-answer/developers/
