I have a problem when using this plugin.
After I answered some questions, it returns unanswered questions soon.
(Except when I changed its status to closed or solved)
Do you have any solution?

And all answer comments gone away too.

yes i have this too than i change .po file “answered” to “re-open(not enough answer)” in turkish

Add version info : 1.2.3
(This situation hasn’t happened in 1.1.1 version)

hmm i dont use before 1.2.2 start version 1.2.2 and see same problem 1.2.2 1.2.3 1.2.4 but i think not too important if change .po file

Can you please share a url of your website and whether you are using other plugins to control user roles/permission?

I’m using ‘User Role Editor’. And I’m sorry but I can’t share a url because this system is an internel web site.

Ohm, unfortunately, that’s bug from the previous version of the plugin, so that it’s hard to keep track them right now. Please grant us your username and password of your site. Therefore, we can have a closer view and know exactly what happens inside of your site.
