nancys13Anyone have any ideas why answered questions would be showing up on the “unanswered” page? The person who originally installed the plugin no longer works for us so I’m left trying to figure out what the heck he did. All ideas appreciated.

DominicAt the moment, if a question has answered by admin in a time ago and when has new comment or answer from another user, not the admin, the question will show up on the unanswered tabs and the open tabs.
Just admin can answer a question and mark the question is answered.
Hope you understand what I mean.
