Ask a Question is Missing Registration page

My users can’t register to post questions in the forums on my website and I don’t know why. It seems the register form is just missing: `https://www.wppluginco.com/forums/ask-a-question`

Please log into Dashboard > Settings > General setting then enable the Anyone can register option.
