Ask question/answer or comment anonymously but login required

Hi, I have a requirement to allow a user to ask a question, comment or answer anonymously, but to do any of this the user has to login first.

Something similar to quora but on a ery small scale is what I need. Any pointers as to how I can achieve it?

Hi,
To resolve this issue, you can log in to Dashboard > Q&A > Settings > Permission, you can change permission for the user, editor, admin, anonymous to possible read, edit, answer a question.
