Author area doesn't show correct information

Hi all,
We bought PRO version of the script (QA) and try to understand how it works on our test platform. And, we need to have some informations about some problems that we faced.

After people/person ask question, author area doesn’t reflect correct author link. Same person has many articles on the our test enverionment but when he creates a question, he can’t see his existing user on the author area.

How can we solve this critical issue?

Please send me username & password of your site for further checking, you should use the Answer private option under the Answer box.
