Can't view private questions

Hi,
We’ve been waiting 6 days for support but haven’t got a response.
On two of our websites, we can’t view the private questions on the main question page even though we’re the admin. It is the same for our users. Can someone please fix this?

Please go to the Dashboard > Question > Settings > Permission tab then enable the manager option.
