Categories and Sub Categories not displaying correctly

on DW Q&A you are able to create categories and sub categories, but on the front end, they all display on a flat level. How to display the different levels on the UI?

At the moment, the plugin does not support to show the subcategories as you want. In this case, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
