Category template not loading as other question listing

So I’ve been working on this site for the last couple of weeks and I can’t get the category page (https://romaniagdpr.pavels.ro/categorie/questions/) to display as the questions archive (https://romaniagdpr.pavels.ro/intrebari-si-raspunsuri/), I can’t get the title to disappear or at least inherit the the category name. I’ve been searching for answers all over your site but I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Maybe you could help me btw this is not my site, I’m just the developer and I got stuck.
