Change language to russian – not working

I have a problem. No changes to Russian language.
Disable/enable plugin in diffrent language(Eng,Ru), change to eng and back, remove .po .mo files except ru_RU and nothing
WP 4.6.1

Hi, the latest version of DW Q&A pro is now 1.0.7, and you should update it to the latest one.

And to change languge, you can go to dashboard >> settings >> general , and change the site language to russian

 How I can update to 1.0.7? After buy license in my account I download dwqa plugin and install. I have only one link to download. In WP admin no update dwqa, too.

Solved! Updated to 1.0.7
In envoMarket codecanyon.net/downloads needed download “All files & documentation”
Archive have a new version, but “Installable WordPress files only” old version.
