Changes reverting / rolling back

Hi!

I just to put together a site for a friend of mine and we decided on DW Timeline. I made some changes to the CSS within the customize menu, but I also made some changes in the Header (templates/header.php) file.

The next morning I went to look at the page and all of my changes within the header.php file had rolled back. Am I missing something in the settings? Some sort of caching setting I’m not seeing?

@Luis Benitez : hi, about the customizer , could you please switch the theme from default to flat, and then switch back. After that, please check it again. Glad.
