Hi,
We’ve been running DWQA successfully for 2 years at https://www.legal.com/question. Current version is 1.5.0.  A few days ago, a user posted a question. I tried several different computers & browsers, but when I click the question, a blank screen is displayed. So I posted a test question and, when I clicked on my test question, a blank screen displayed. DWQA has been running without a problem … until now. I haven’t changed any settings. Any ideas why it would suddenly stop displaying questions that were posted in the last few days? Older questions still display correctly.
Best way to see this, is go to Legal.com/question then click the top (most recent) question called “Contract of Employment”.
Thanks,

Hi Dominic,
Thanks for logging in to check out our problem. I understand that you suspect an incompatibility with Builder that runs with our theme.
A bit of additional information that might be helpful: I tried installing AMP for WordPress by Automattic around the time recent DWQA Questions stopped displaying. AMP would not activate. The developer was unsure why. But AMP sat on our site for a few days, deactivated. During the time it was installed (but not active), any Questions posted in DWQA would not display.
AMP is now removed from our site and DWQA is working normally again. DWQA has always worked with our theme and Builder active. So I think the problem was with AMP. Perhaps if Builder were not there, AMP and DWQA would have worked – Iḿ not sure.
I just wanted you to know that I have now removed the inactive AMP Plugin, and DWQA is working properly again.
Thanks for taking the time to look at this for us.
Regards,
