Cover in different pages

The blog page and home page is using the cover, but other pages don’t.

I edited custom-template.php but i want to use cover with page title and desc. too, how i can accomplish that?

@Marek Salurand: hi you can try add these to your custom template file : get_template_part('templates/header');
