When I go to the customize section on the dashboard of my WordPress DW Focus site, it just says loading… but nothing ever appears. It seems to stop loading after about three seconds and just say loading in the tab’s window. How do I fix this?
DominicMake sure you are using the latest version 1.1.0.
Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.

Same issue! I solved deactivating GRAND Flash Album Gallery plugin.
