Difficulty setting up the Single Question page

Hi Guys 
I have some major issues with single question page only:

  1. reply back to myself shows 403 error  
  2. the page shows two answer cell to use for posting answers 
  3. the page is taking a category page format and not full width 
  4. single question page removes our language switcher at the top bar 
  5. it does not show recaptcha 

Please help

We worked out all, except:

4. single question page removes our language switcher at the top bar ( we could not fix at all )

Yes, I got your info. However, I can not access your Dashboard. How to access your Dashboard/Backend?
