Display posts of logged in authors

Hi, my theme features posts written by a number of authors. how can I make a page to display the posts of just the currently logged in author (in the same way that clicking the author name does in WordPress). My site is wall4wishes.com.

The page I want to display the author’s wishes automatically is: http://www.wall4wishes.com/world-of-wishes/my-wishes

At the moment, its showing all the posts.
