bwarrenI purchased the Helpdesk theme a couple of days ago but have decided not to install it just yet. However, I do want to use the included DW-Question and Answer Pro plugin. I have it installed and am trying to set it up but can’t find any documentation other than what I see here on your site. Unfortunately, none of the images throughout the documentation are loading for me (they all show they’re offline) so that documentation is of little help. Where can I get the full documentation for the plugins? Or how can I see the images on your site so that I can locate the information I need to configure the plugins correctly? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, almost none of the images in that documentation are loading. I’ve tried multiple browsers and the images don’t appear in any of them. Below is just one example of a page with a missing image. And without those images, I really can’t find the information I’m looking for. Can you help?

Yes, at the moment, we have some issue with the system and some the image is lost now. We are trying to update the document as soon as possible.

Also, how can I customize my single answer page? I’d like to add a sidebar and possibly some text above the main content. Can this be done in the WordPress backend or do I have to modify a DW template? If a template, which one(s)? And what modification would I need to make? Thanks in advance!
At the moment, if you want to add some the description in the single question, you can open the single-question.php file in the plugins/dw-question-answer-pro/templates/styles/default/ folder.
You can add your HTML code before the line have the following class: dwqa-single-question
About the sidebar, we have created a sidebar for the Question page, This sidebar only shows on the Q&A plugin. See the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/hma8nx
