I purchased a developer membership for $99 and DW Builder was still telling me I needed to upgrade to unlock most of the blocks. So I upgraded for an additional $55 and DW Builder is still telling me I need to upgrade. Please help with this problem, I need to get a site up immediately for client. Thanks.

Have you logged into the tool? If not, please follow these steps to log into the tool:

Hi Anna,

I have connected our site to our account. The problem is it is recognizing me as a “Free” user when I link it and not as a pro or developer user. So I am not getting the benefits of a developer account.

I have also paid the $99 for a developer package. Then after linking the site, DW Builder was still telling me I had to upgrade, so I did for another $55. So I have also paid the $99 plus the $55 extra. For now though I would really like to get DW Builder working. I believe the problem is it is listing me as having a free account. Can you please fix this on your end?

We are also having trouble downloading the demo content. It works to install for a few hours and then I receive an error about a file it is unable to create.
