DW Fixel broken theme

Hi, we have a client that is using DW fixel theme (www.brunadorren.com) version 1.1.5. however it crashed the site with the following issue: Error Details

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 197 of the file /customers/0/3/a/brunadorren.com/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/dw-fixel-new/inc/widgets/dw-next_posts.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function create_function() in /customers/0/3/a/brunadorren.com/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/dw-fixel-new/inc/widgets/dw-next_posts.php:197

Now we would like to try and switch the file with the original in case something has happened that could be fixed by simply re-installing the file again. But we dont have a access to the original theme files because it was so long ago this was installed. What would you need from me in order to be able to send the theme files? Can we find a license code or something? 

Of course if you have a better solution to fixing the issue id be happy to take that advice as well.
