DW FOCUS Customize not working

Hello Support,

I bought and installed DW FOCUS on my wordpress network,
but "Administration Panel >> Appearance >> Customize" is not working. nothing appears…

Here is my config :
WordPress 4.1.5 Network
WordPress MU Domain Mapping
s2member Framework
AdRotate
Advanced Custom Fields Pro
WP Super Cache
Multisite User Management

Can you help me ?

I bought and installed DW FOCUS on my wordpress setup,
But I am getting issue while importing sample data and "Administration Panel >> Appearance >> Customize" is not working. nothing appears.

I have installed theme in our hosting but we are getting problem to install the sample data in site.
I am following the below mentioned instruction and getting the error please find the error screenshots.

About customize issue. Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).
I think you are using the older XML file (version 1.1). After activating the DW Focus(V 1.2.5) theme, you need to use the document guide on how to configure the theme. If you have any question, you can let us know, I will help you resolve it.
