remo aguilarI just recently discovered I couldn’t update the theme I bought because my license is expired. From my understanding when I bought the theme, lifetime update was guaranteed even if support is just for 6 months. Or I was wrong?
If so it is quite unfair to suddenly shift into another payment scheme ( 1 year renewal with support and update tied up to it) and leave all your previous clients hanging.
The lifetime update was one of the reason I bought DW Focus in the first place. Had I known it well this might happen, I would have really thought otherwise.
No disrespect and DW Focus is aesthetically beautiful. But I would rethink getting any of your themes for now.
DominicI know what you want and your feel facing change the license and limit not only support but also updates to just 1 year.
According to the new license scheme, we apply the limit 1 year to update and technical support which is quite common across WP theme clubs now.
In your case, I would like to make an exception that I will enable the update access so that you can upgrade your theme to our latest version for free, no extra cost for this. And you can use this version for lifetime.
However, if you wish to get future updates or technical questions access, a renewal fee $34.3 will be applied then.

DominicAt the moment, we can not provide to upgrade the DW Theme for the lifetime. We have turned off this campaign. It only provides after we have updated the license in the system. In your case, I have checked and changed your license and it will expiration on November 30, 2016. Right now, you can download the theme from your profile. Hope you understand what I mean.
