DW Glossary - 404 Error

Hello Guys,
I can’t manage to change the Glossary Base URL on my website. It keeps returning me a 404 error.
Do you have any tip to solve this problem ?

I have tested on our localhost and see that the plugin still works fine. Have you tried to Go to Settings > Permalinks and refresh your permalink?
If you still face their issue, you can send me the username & password of your site for further checking.
