I’m not sure this is the right area to ask, but I didn’t found the support link in document.

in your documentation, you’re mistakenly using wrong support link, which is leading to http://tranmautritam.ticksy.com/
In Knowledgebase Page, I need the header title : here is screenshot: http://prntscr.com/czla1u
Child theme is missing
Removing Envato authentication while asking question in discuss.

Hi, you can access live chat by click to the button at the right bottom of our website

Got it and i’ve contact you, to prevent the future updates won’t corrupt it then it can be in child theme.
