DW Mega menu installed together with DW Store

Hi,
After installation of DW Store theme it suggest also to install the DW Mega menu plugin.

According to the documentation the DW Mega menu can be enabled by going to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus by selecting “Use as Mega Menu”.

But I don’t see this tick box (using WordPress v452 and DW Store v103)?

I have checked on our demo and see that it still works fine. Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.

If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).

I did as you suggest deactivating all plugins (still using the DW Store theme).
I then try to re-activate ‘DW Mega menu’ plugin, but still going to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus I’m not able to select “Use as Mega Menu” as suggested by the documentation.
