Thanks for the link, This is not mandatory at this time. I have to learn a lot, I will try it in the future. I started learning html, css in a tutorial that made in our own language. Later than I will learn php and mysql.

i think it’s not compatible ( not our theme function ), so to do that i think you have to create a new page template for portfolio:
https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/template-files-section/page-template-files/page-templates/
