DW Q&A Pro not working

I have problem to send question. When i tried, i have the message “Est ce que vous trichez hein?” as you can also see below.
Need your help please.

Firstly, you can disable all the plugins in your site to check this issue, I think some the plugins conflicting with the DW Q&A.
