DW Q&A – register form

Good morning
I’ve just setup on my wordpress the DW Q&A – Pro (bought on Envato market Today).
The setup was esay, and there’s no trouble about it.
But, I’ve got two questions :
1° / I want that all the person who can post questions / give an answer must be register. Anonymous can’t post. In the demo, I saw these pages :

• and a page where isers can create an account 

Can you tell me how to create these page ?
 
2 – It’s possible to add an option that allow people to create an accont withe Facebook / Twitter / G+ account (Social auto-logger)  ?
