I don’t know why when have new question DWQA only send email notification to admin email only. But not send to email in “Forward to” (following picture). Could you help tell me any thing wrong?

– You can forward to many people as you wish. It’s very simple to configure.
Add the following email structure to the Forward box.
I do the same as suggest, but the problem was not fixed. How about the Pro version, whether the problem will be fixed after I upgrade to Pro Version? If can fix then I want to by Pro version also

Whether can categorize “forward to” to many groups such as: sales, technical…
So when have new question in sales -> then system will forward email notification to sale team. If question in technical -> forward to technical teams… Instead of forward to all people like now.
How about Pro version of DWQA can do this ?
Or any way to do that, please help to suggest, thanks alot
