DW Slider Featured Image not showing Up correctly

I am currently customizing my new website and the article title and author name won’t show up correctly in the slider. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hi,
I have checked your site and see that it’s issue of image size.
To resolve this issue, you can install the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
Then go to the Dashboard > Tools > Regen. Thumbnails and click "Regenerate …" Button.

Or you can add the following code to the style.css file:

.dw_focus_widget_news_slider .carousel-inner img {
  height: 400px;
}

Hey Dominic, I added the custom CSS code and regenerated all thumbnails, but seem to be having the same issue. I would love to transfer my website later this weekend or early next week and wanted to know whether you would have a few minutes to chat to get the issue fixed.
