DW Tabs and DW Column widgets not working as shown in demo

I am trying to use the DW column and DW tab widget as shown in the demo where you insert in the dw news grid widget to dis play posts. When I tried saving it would not accept my changes and then it wouldn’t allow me to drag in the news grid widget again. How do I add this so I can use this functionality as shown in the demo?

Hi,
Firstly, you can find here for the document guide on how to configure the widget: https://www.designwall.com/guide/dw-focus/available-widgets/
Also, you only possible add widget in the Appearance > Widget section, you can not use widget in the Customize section.
If you can not drag or drop widget, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.

Thanks – I discovered an incompatibility with a WP Importer plug-in that I removed and the DW Tab functionality is now working as expected.
