Hello, after placing the shortcode, the page is not allowing to submit question. check the images from the link please.

This is taken from Design Wall. Question is visible. and also users can post comment. But in our website. We can not answer as well as can not see questions.

Hi Dominic,
Hope you are well.
You previously fixed an issue I was having with the DWQA forum on our wordpress site.
It’s stopped working again, see below.
If you click on any of the below entries, it gives an error message.
