The zip file for DWQA Pro also came with a zip file dwqa-assign-ticket.zip, which I also installed and activated.
Yet, I don\’t see a place in the settings or in the DW QA forum to assign tickets to users or agents. What am I missing? It\’s probably something obvious that I don\’t see. 🙂

I don’t have the “assign to” option. Just the drop-down for the status of the question. See screen shot below.
What did I do wrong with the installation? Two zip files came with DWQA pro zip file – the question and answer and the assign to plugins. I installed each separately, by uploading them under plugins.
Was that the right approach? Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you!
I changed the theme on my website and this now works! Yay!
